📌 Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit (as on 01.07.2025):
- General (OC): 18 – 26 years
- BC, BC(M), MBC/DC, DNC: 18 – 28 years
- SC, SC(A), ST: 18 – 31 years
- Destitute Widow: 18 – 37 years
- Ex-Servicemen / Police Departmental Candidates: Up to 45 years
Educational Qualification:
- Must have passed 10th Standard / SSLC or its equivalent from a recognized Board.
- Candidates with higher qualifications are also welcome to apply.
Knowledge of Tamil:
- Must possess adequate knowledge of the Tamil language.
Physical Standards (Minimum):
- Height:
- Male (OC/BC/MBC/DNC): 170 cm | SC/ST: 167 cm
- Female & Transgender (OC/BC/MBC/DNC): 159 cm | SC/ST: 157 cm
- Chest (Male only): 81 cm normal, 86 cm on expansion
