Infosys is hiring a ServiceNow Developer in its IT Consulting division, based in Bangalore.
Experience: Required 1‑2 years, with prior work in ServiceNow implementation/configuration.
Location: Bangalore, India.
Job Type: Full‑time / Permanent (IT / Consulting)
Role Summary / Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and/or customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Work with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions on ServiceNow platform.
- Involve in scripting, workflow design, UI development, and integration (APIs, web services).
- Ensure best practices and governance standards are followed for ServiceNow development.
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering / Technology or similar field.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules (could include ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, etc.).
- Skills in scripting languages, API integrations, possibly performance analytics.
- Problem‑solving mindset, ability to translate business needs to technical implementations.
